Florida Dances for All Ages Retreat Maitreya & DiAnahita April 6 & 7, 2019 Dancing Peacock Paradise SE of Gainesville, Florida

“Deepening into the Sacred through Simple Keys” Maitreya & DiAnahita will co-lead a Saturday Retreat & optional Sunday morning in the woods at Dancing Peacock Paradise by beautiful heart-shaped Beauty Lake.   This event will gather Dancers from all around Florida & beyond, to experience dances & zikr from the originators, Sufi teachings, immersion in nature, & fellowship among all ages.  This is the once-a-year time we invite parents & grandparents to bring children to Peacock Paradise to enjoy nature, & meet the kittens, peacocks, puppy & chickens. Children will be invited to join us for the first few dances, & then go to the playhouse for supervised art & crafts or games.   We will share the qualities of love, harmony, & beauty to help us advance along a spiritual path. Wali Ali’s “Ten Keys to Dancing” will help us focus awareness of different aspects which can help us deepen into the practice.  Overnight accommodations are limited - reserve yours now if you want to stay for Sunday.  The Sunday morning session will be a smaller group for dancers, with in-depth teaching of a few dances, guidance about leadership, & a chance for local leaders to lead a brief dance & present on the topics: “Keys to Adapting Dance Leadership to Circumstances”            * Leading & dancing with children            * Leading with young adults            * Leading in a community group of new dancers            * Leading with hearing impaired or second language dancers            * Playing music for the dances See schedule & registration information below, & photos  from previous retreats.     RSVP   With Gratitude for Oneness Project's Generous Support  www.OnenessProject.com

When I came upon them as partners in the circle, my heart flew open & I fell  more deeply in love ~ treasured & memorable moments.
